We have tried for many generations to lead the field by providing the most modern, up-to-date thinking, service innovations and products to our families. And, technology has provided us with many new and unique ways to serve our families better. Some new improvements to our site include a "When Death Occurs" section and a convenient Atneed Arrangement Form. Many of our families have never experienced a death. These sections provide a step-by-step listing of "things to do" when someone dies and a convenient form for compiling much of the required information for the Arrangement Conference. We have also updated our Online Pre-Arrangement form which enables family members to not only make arrangements for themselves but to "Start Planning Now" for other family members as well. Dealing with death, we know the difficulty many families face accepting the loss of a loved one. We are please to introduce our Grief Words Library, which offers superior, Grief Resources designed to help our families through the grieving process. |
