Alador Domonkos

Domonkos - Alador, age 84, passed away at home on Saturday, February 26, 2005. He was the beloved husband of Edith (nee Drada) for 59 years. He is also survived by his two devoted daughters, Linda Toskovich and her husband, Alex and Geraldine Rogers and her husband, Michael. A daughter Mary Alice predeceased him in 2002. He was the proud grandfather of Sharon Sarkissian, Michael Toskovich, Michael Rogers and Kathryn Rogers and great-grandfather of Connor and Spencer Sarkissian. Al was the caring brother-in-law of Dennis Drada and Stanley Czuba and father-in-law of Edward Carney.
Al was a World War II veteran who served his country proudly overseas in the Army Air Force. He was a draftsman for the Bendix Corp., until his retirement. He took great pride in his design contributions for America's Space Programs. Al was always civic minded. He was a volunteer fireman for Garfield Engine Company 3 and was the former secretary for the Exempt Fireman's Relief Association for the city of Garfield.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, 60 East 56th Street, 8th Floor, New York, New York 10022.
