Alejandrina Reyes

Alejandrina Garcia Reyes, 82, of Passaic, passed away on November 15, 2019 with her family by her bedside.
Born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, Mrs. Reyes came to the United States in 1970 in search of the American Dream. Initially living in New York, she shortly thereafter moved to Passaic, where she resided since. With hard work and determination, her dream was realized upon opening her children's clothing store, El Palacio Infantil in downtown Passaic in 1980. After 24 successful years, she decided to retire in 2004, dividing her time living in Passaic and Colombia. She was a faithful servant of God and member of the Primera Iglesia Bautista Hispana de Passaic church.
Mrs. Reyes was predeceased by her mother, Julia Cabarcas, husband, Baldomero Reyes and by a brother, Miguel Garcia.
She is survived by her three devoted children: Rafael Rosania, Nayibe Rosania and Gustavo Rosania; two siblings: Digna Vasquez and Ernesto Garcia; and three cherished granddaughters: Lorena Rosania, Liliana Rosania and Stephanie Rosania.
Viewing will be Tuesday, November 19th from 4-9pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Please arrive at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 20th at 10:00am for the funeral service followed by entombment at East Ridgelawn Cemetery Mausoleum, Clifton.
