Arlene Nikischer

Arlene (nee Petrovich) Nikischer, 82, of Clifton died Thursday, November 8, 2018.
Born in Passaic, New Jersey, Mrs. Nikischer resided in Clifton for the past 61 years. She had been the proprietor of J. Michael's Florist of Clifton.
Mrs. Nikischer served as the special events coordinator for the Clifton Historic Botany District; served as Past Secretary for the Garfield Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps.. She was also the co founder of True Colors Winter Guard and was a member of the Botany Village Merchants Association.
Survivors include: her husband, Joseph J. Nikischer; her two sons, Joseph M. Nikischer of Clifton and Jon J. Nikischer and his wife, Kimberly of Lopatcong Twsp., NJ; her two grandchildren, Lauren J. Husted and his wife, Bryan and Jon J. Nikischer II and her two great grandchildren, Landen and Caroline Husted.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 am Tuesday from Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Ave., Clifton. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery, Paterson. Visitation on Monday from 4-8 pm.
