Daniel Carey Dahl

Daniel Carey Dahl, 87, of Clifton, passed away on April 14, 2018. Born in Passaic, Mr. Dahl was a lifelong Clifton resident. He earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Princeton University and then earned a Masters degree in Political Science from Columbia University. Mr. Dahl was employed for 36 years with J.P. Morgan Chase in New York City as a Bond Researcher. He was active in political circles, attending political conferences throughout his adulthood and had travelled extensively throughout the world, including trips to all seven continents. Mr. Dahl was a devoted son, gentleman with a benevolent heart and lived a quiet, selfless, modest life.
He was predeceased by his dear father, Daniel Dahl, a former Principal in the Passaic school system and beloved mother, Zoe (nee Carey) Dahl Hawkins.
Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 4 to 7 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. The funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm at the conclusion of the visiting hours. A private burial will be held.
