Daniel A. Doyle

Daniel A. Doyle, 85, of Clifton passed away peacefully on July 30, 2018.
Born in Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland, Mr. Doyle moved to England at the age of fourteen and then to the United States at eighteen, settling in New York City initially before moving to Clifton in 1974 and resided there since. He was employed as a plumbing and heating contractor and owned Doyle Contracting in New York City before his retirement. He was a parishioner of St. Brendan RC Church in Clifton and was a former member of the Kerryman's Association in New York City.
Mr. Doyle was predeceased by his beloved wife, Nora (nee Cotter), in 2010.
He is survived by his three devoted daughters: Eileen Doyle, Kate Doyle and Christine Natoli and her husband, Peter, all of Clifton; nine dear siblings: Bernard, John, Gerald and Patrick Doyle, Una Caillat, Philomena Curran, Mary Lechter, Dolly Frate and Margaret Doyle; four loved grandchildren: Jesse Tomaiko and Gabrielle, Julianna and Claudia Natoli; and several cherished nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be Thursday from 4-8 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral Friday 10:45 am from the funeral home and 11:30 am at St. Brendan RC Church, cor. Lakeview and Crooks Avenues, Clifton. Interment Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Upper Montclair. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to either the Several Sources Foundation, Inc. (www.severalsources.org), 300 Airmount Avenue, Ramsey, NJ 07446 or to the Community Food Bank of New Jersey (www.cfbnj.org), 31 Evans Terminal, Hillside, NJ 07205 would be preferred and appreciated.
