David R. Brace

David R. Brace (78) of River Vale, NJ passed away peacefully on February 2, 2018. Born and Raised in Kingston, PA then moved to Clifton,NJ after Kingston High School. David was employed as a foreman at Cardinal Bag & Envelope for over 40 years in NJ and then moved with the factory to Charlotte, NC in 1998. After Retirement he moved in with his family in River Vale, NJ. He was a dedicated Little League coach, guitar player, and became an expert "Photoshopper" in his retired years. David was an avid New York Giants and Yankees fan. Devoted father of David Brace of River Vale and wife Colleen. Cherished Grandfather to Derek and Brielle Brace. David is also survived by his Brothers William Brace and wife Laura of Wilkes Barre, Pa, and John Brace and wife Judy of Easton, PA, Sisters Sarah Brace-Ermish of Kingston, PA and Cheryl Dexter and husband Bob of Oregon City, Oregon. David was preceded in death by his parents James and Lenora Brace, Brother James Brace and Sister Holly Stanukenas. He is also survived by a plethora of Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
The Brace Family will receive friends and relatives from 5-8 pm on Monday at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home at 1313 Van Houten Ave in Clifton, NJ.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday morning at M.J. McLaughlin funeral home in Wilkes Barre, PA. Friends and Relatives will be received from 9am-10:30am for a viewing and a brief ceremony followed by a precession and burial at Memorial Shrine Park in Wyoming.
