Frank P. Bendl

Frank Bendl, a Mr. Fix-It to everyone he met, left us too soon on December 16, 2017 at 12 noon at the age of 81.
He was a longtime employee of Bell Atlantic and was fortunate to retire early, spending his last blissful years with his adoring wife and best friend Carol (nee Mara), who misses him terribly already.
Frank was also blessed to have six children, (Terry, Danny, Dina, Chris, Beth and Tom), three step-children (Lance, Ann Marie and Matt), fifteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren with two new bundles of joy on the way.
Frank was best known for his juicy homegrown tomatoes, near-perfect lawn, and wealth of knowledge about nearly everything, but will be missed most for his easy-going nature, patience, and generous heart.
Visitation will be held Wednesday morning from 10 to 11 am at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 am at St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church, 797 Valley Road, Clifton. Entombment to follow at Calvary Mausoleum in Paterson.
