Frederick R. Simon

Frederick R. Simon, 91, of Clifton passed away peacefully on October 9, 2018.
Born in Easton, MD, Mr. Simon lived in Clifton for most of his life. Prior to retiring, he had been employed with Clifton Aluminum Co. of Clifton. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving during World War II and was parishioner of Sacred Heart RC Church in Clifton.
Mr. Simon was predeceased by his beloved wife, Helen (nee Rajewski) Simon in 1999.
He is survived by his devoted son, Fred Simon and his wife, Joan B. Simon, of Clifton; his brother, Joseph Simon; two dear grandchildren: Shaun Simon and his wife, Christine and Jennifer Gill; and six cherished great-grandchildren: Jack, Fiona, Emily, Felix, Juliet and Zoey.
Visiting will be Thursday from 4-8 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Avenue, Clifton. Funeral Friday 9:30 am from the funeral home and 10:00 am at Sacred Heart RC Church, cor. Clifton and Randolph Avenues, Clifton. Interment East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
