Gladys Pardo

Gladys (nee Gonzalez) Pardo, 77, of Passaic passed away peacefully after a brief illness on September 3, 2014.
Born in Ciego de Avila, Cuba, Mrs. Pardo was raised in Florida, Camaguey, Cuba and came to the United States on December 28, 1961, settling in Passaic and residing there since. She was employed as an Administrative Assistant with School-Based Youth Services in Passaic. She was a faithful parishioner of Holy Trinity RC Church in Passaic and was a member of Liceo Cubano de Passaic.
Mrs. Pardo is survived by her beloved husband, Jesus Pardo, of Passaic; her two devoted daughters: Lizette Pardo-Crespo and her husband Eddy M., of Clifton and Janette Pardo and her husband John Munsey, Jr., of West Milford; her loving sister Olga Aguiar and her husband Manuel, of Passaic; three cherished grandchildren: Joshua Crespo, Rachel Crespo and Joseph Munsey; and several dear nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday 8:15 am from the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton and 9:00 am at Holy Trinity RC Church, cor. Hope Avenue and Harrison Street, Passaic. Entombment to follow at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Paterson. Visiting Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (www.lls.org), Attn: Donor Services, P.O. Box 4072, Pittsfield, MA 01202 would be preferred and appreciated.
