Joan Veesart

Joan Marie Veesart, 69, died April 7, 2011, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Wayne.
Daughter of the late Rose (Pavlik) and Joseph Biscaha, she was born on January 19, 1942, in Passaic. She was a long time resident of Llanfair House Nursing Home of Wayne, where she was an inspiration and loyal friend to those fortunate enough to know her feisty spirit, sharp wit, and perseverance in the face of a myriad of challenges.
An adored mother, cherished sister and beloved grandmother, she was also a hairdresser extraordinaire, published poet, and above all, a deeply spiritual woman of uncommon grace, strength and unwavering faith.
Joan is survived by her children Rene Veesart and Dawn Kreski, her brother Joseph Biscaha (Bev), and three grandchildren, Amelia, Noah and Sam Kreski.
Memorial Visitation will be held from 1-3pm on Saturday, May 21 at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey with a Memorial Service to be held during the visiting hours at 2:30 pm.
