Joseph G. Bsarany

Joseph G. Bsarany, 84, of Clifton passed away peacefully on April 13, 2018.
Born and raised in Paterson, Mr. Bsarany had lived in Clifton since 1959. Prior to retiring he had been employed as an Insurance Investigator/Underwriter with Equifax in Secaucus. Mr. Bsarany was a parishioner of St. Ann Melkite Church in Woodland Park where he was also active for many years with the choir. He was a member of AARP Chapter 4192, President of the Young-at-Heart senior social club and a volunteer at the Clifton Art Museum and Sculpture Park. He was a proud Veteran of the Unites States Army.
Mr. Bsarany was predeceased by his beloved wife, Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Campbell) Bsarany in 2005 and by a sister, Ruth.
He is survived by his two devoted children: Joseph J. Bsarany and his wife, Joanna, of Hampton and Nancy A. Courtney and her husband, Rich, of Parsippany; seven siblings: Eve, Clair, John, Helen, Bill, Ed and Raymond; and four cherished grandchildren: Breanna Bsarany and Eric, Alyssa and Nicole Courtney. He is also survived by his special friend, Lillian Gfroehrer and by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be Sunday from 4-8 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral services will be Monday 10:00 am at St. Ann Melkite Church, 802 Rifle Camp Road, Woodland Park. Please meet at church as there will be no services at the funeral home Monday morning. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (www.stjude.org), 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be preferred and appreciated.
