Joseph Gagliardotto

Joseph Gagliardotto, 86, of Clifton, passed away on October 8, 2014. Born in Garfield, he was raised in the Garfield-Lodi area and has lived in Clifton since 1969. Before his retirement, Mr. Gagliardotto was employed as an Life Insurance Agent with MetLife, originally in Passaic and then Paramus.
Mr. Gagliardotto was a parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle R.C. Church in Clifton, a member of the Stamp Club at the Clifton Library and a longtime member of the Garfield YMCA.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Bridget (nee Warman); his brother, Vincent Gagliardotto; and two sisters, Marie Carbone and Jeannie Cavallo.
Survivors include: two daughters, Karen A. Kocsis and her husband, David, of Blythewood, SC and their children, Grace and David Kocsis and Jane (Cunningham) Gagliardotto of Hyde Park, NY and her children: Renee Powell and her husband, Isaac and Sean Cunningham and his wife, Triston; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday 9:15 am from the Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton and 10:00 am at St. Andrew the Apostle R.C. Church, 400 Mt. Prospect Ave., Clifton. Interment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting will be Sunday from 2 to 6 pm.
