Julio Torres

Julio Torres, 69, of Passaic, passed away with is family by his side on Wednesday, June 28, 2017. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, he was raised there before moving to Passaic in 1970 where he has resided since. Prior to retiring, Mr. Torres was employed as a truck driver with Grocery Haulers of Woodbridge. He was a faithful member of The Chapel at Wayne.
He was predeceased by his parents, Julio and Margarita (Gonzalez) Torres.
Survivors include: his beloved wife, Maria (Ramos); his devoted son, Julio Angel Torres of Passaic; three sisters and one brother, all in Puerto Rico.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 6 to 9 pm with a service to be held during the visiting hours. Cremation will be private.
