Kathleen Bernadette Butcher

Kathleen Bernadette (nee Teresinski) Butcher, 83, of Clifton, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017. Born in Passaic, Mrs. Butcher resided in Clifton for all of her life. Before retirement, she was employed as a teacher with the Clifton Board of Education at Christopher Columbus Middle School.
Mrs. Butcher was an active volunteer and supporter of the Clifton Adult Opportunity Center. She was a parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle R.C. Church in Clifton and a member of the Knights of Columbus Columbiettes.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert John Butcher in 2011.
Survivors include: her children, Kathleen Mary Butcher of Cherry Hill, NJ, Stacie Ann Butcher of Clifton and John David Butcher of Clifton.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 5 to 8 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral services will be held Friday 9:15 am from the funeral home followed by a 10:00 am Mass at St. Andrew the Apostle R.C. Church, 400 Mt. Prospect Avenue, Clifton. Interment to follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Montclair. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Clifton Adult Opportunity Center, 900 Clifton Avenue, Clifton, NJ 07013.
