Laura C. Riccioli

Laura (nee Fanti) Riccioli, 83, of Clifton, passed away January 4, 2019. Born in Bologna, Italy, Mrs. Riccioli came to the United States in 1957 settling in Clifton for over 50 years. She has lived in the same home that she loved and raised her family in. Laura loved to cook and entertain her family and friends. She travelled extensively with her husband including yearly trips to Italy. Laura was a former member of the St. Mary's Hospital Women's Auxiliary and had maintained a Realtor license.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 53 years, Dr. Frank Riccioli in 2010 and her brother, Orazio Fanti.
Survivors include: her devoted children, Dr. Diana Riccioli of Leonia, Dr. Joseph Riccioli, MD, D.Div. of Clifton and Frank Riccioli and his wife Doreen of Carrollton, TX; four grandchildren, Elias Diakolios, Nikolas Diakolios, Maximilian Riccioli and Julianna Riccioli; and four siblings, Abondina Fanti, Marco Fanti, Alba Fanti-Querzola and Alessandro Fanti, all of Italy.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. The funeral service followed by the entombment will be held Wednesday 11:00 am at Madonna Church on the Hill at the Madonna Cemetery Mausoleum, 2070 Hoefley's Lane in Fort Lee.
