MICHAEL J. STROKA, 80, of CLIFTON died Wednesday.
Born in Jessup, Pennsylvania, Mr. Stroka resided in the Passaic-Clifton area except for about 45 years in Pleasant Valley, NY. He had been employed as an office administrator at IBM CO in Poughkeepsie, NY until his retirement. Mr. Stroka served in the US Air Force from 1956-1960.
Mr. Stroka was a parishioner of St. Michael's Cathedral, Passaic and a former parishioner of St. Mary's RC Church, Passaic and St. Stanislaus RC Church in Pleasant Valley, NY.
He was predeceased by his parents, Michael and Mary (nee Kozak) Stroka.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 am Tuesday at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 515 Lexington Ave., Clifton and 10:30 am at St. Michael's Cathedral, 96 First St., Passaic. Interment to follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack. Visitation on Tuesday from 9:00 am - 10:00 am.
