Myroslawa Wyshywany

Myroslawa (nee Muskevych) Wyshywany, 96, of Nutley, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018. Born in Ukraine, Mrs. Wyshywany came to the United States in 1949 settling in New York City where she resided much of her life. For the last five years, she has been living in Nutley. Mrs. Wyshywany was a faithful parishioner of St. George Ukrainian Catholic Church in New York City. More recently, she has attended Ukrainian Orthodox Holy Ascension Cathedral in Clifton.
She was predeceased by her husband Wasyl Wyshywany.
Survivors include: two daughters, Soriana Mohuchy and her husband Wolodymyr of Nutley and Tamara Cannon and her husband Jack of South Carolina; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visiting will be held Sunday Evening, April 15, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Parastas at 7:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Monday 9:30 am from the funeral home and 10:00 am Ukrainian Orthodox Holy Ascension Cathedral, 635 Broad Street, Clifton. Interment to follow at St. Andrew Cemetery, 280 Main St., South Bound Brook, NJ.
