Rose Martin Obituary

ROSE (nee Aitken) MARTIN, 75, of Clifton, passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018.
Born in Hackensack, Mrs. Martin resided in North Bergen before moving to Clifton 40 years ago. Before her retirement, Mrs. Martin was employed as a Registered Nurse with the Passaic County ELKS Cerebral Palsy Center in Clifton. Previously, she was employed with St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Paterson.
Mrs. Martin was a graduate of Jersey City Medical Center Nursing School. She attended St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church and many of the church functions along with her family.
She was predeceased by her five brothers and five sisters.
Survivors include: her beloved husband, Robert; her three devoted children, Donna Mangone and her husband, Nicholas, Robert Martin and his wife Paula and Keith Martin and his wife, Erica; six grandchildren, Nicholas and Jillian Mangone, Grace and Liam Martin and Kyrie and Chloe Matera; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Visitation will be held Friday Evening from 4 to 8 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 am at St. Philip the Apostle R.C. Church, 797 Valley Road, Clifton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to North Jersey ELKS Adult Center, 1481 Main Avenue, Clifton, NJ 07011. Please visit www.bizub.com for driving directions and memorial contributions.
