Walter Hrebeniuk, 72, of Clifton passed away suddenly on December 17, 2019.
Born in Germany, Mr. Hrebeniuk was raised in Passaic and had lived in Clifton for the past forty-two years. Prior to retiring, he had been employed as a Manager with Uni-Select/Auto Plus in East Rutherford for seventeen years. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army serving from 1966-1969 and had volunteered as a Boy Scout Leader for many years.
Mr. Hrebeniuk was predeceased by his father, Ivan Hrebeniuk.
He is survived by his beloved wife of forty-four years, Maryann (nee Bartos) Hrebeniuk, of Clifton; his two devoted daughters: Lisa Vandevrede and her husband, Ken, of Pompton Plains and Amy Hildebrand and her husband, Brian, of Stanhope; his loving mother, Maria (nee Kobec) Hrebeniuk, of Wallington; two dear brothers: Boris Hrebenuyuk of Goldsboro, NC and Victor Hrebeniuk of Wallington; and four loved grandchildren: Allison, Katherine and Ashley Vandevrede and Teddy Hildebrand.
Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday from 4-7pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton with a Memorial Service to be held at 6:30 pm.
