William W. Dandorf

William W. Dandorf, 57, of Clifton passed away suddenly on May 13, 2018.
Born in Englewood, Mr. Dandorf was raised in West Milford, graduated from West Milford High School, and had lived in Clifton for the last thirty-three years. Prior to retiring in 2014, he had been employed as a Dockbuilder with Dockbuilders Local 1456/Carpenters Local 1556. He was a parishioner of St. Paul RC Church in Clifton.
Mr. Dandorf is survived by his beloved wife, Linda (nee Hilla) Dandorf, of Clifton; his devoted daughter, Maureen Shepherd and her husband, Jason, of Aberdeen, NJ; his parents: Ralph and Dennise (nee Flynn) Dandorf, of Spring Hill, Florida; his brother, Ralph Dandorf and his wife, Nadine, of Stockholm, NJ; his sister, Kathy Whidden, of St. Charles, IL; brother-in-law, Brian Hilla, of Toms River; and two cherished grandchildren, Carly and Owen Shepherd. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be Thursday from 4-8 pm at Bizub-Quinlan Funeral Home, 1313 Van Houten Avenue, Clifton. Funeral will begin Friday at 9:15 am at the funeral home and 10:00 am at St. Paul RC Church, cor. Union Avenue and Second Street, Clifton. Private cremation to follow.
